Seasoned Project Developer who introduced and facilitated a 500 MW community solar pipeline in New York State. While managing a team of developers focused on community solar, John played an integral role in the development and sale of 425 MWs of community solar projects at NTP (Notice To Proceed) and COD (Commercial Operation Date).  Prior to focusing efforts on the  New York community solar market, John worked on developing commercial and utility scale projects in New York, Massachusetts, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. John was also heavily focused on the Massachusetts SREC (Solar Renewable Energy Credits) market contributing to multiple SREC funds. John’s career started in 1998 at Credit Suisse First Boston, working in the Fixed Income Bond Markets.
